UGREEN NASync DXP8800 Plus

I was a little worried about the noise level, but it's actually quieter than my old Synology when the drives are idle. Transferring a 4K video project over 2.5GbE was impressively fast, and the drive trays click in solidly with no wobble.

Setting up the eight-bay enclosure was surprisingly smooth, and the dual 2.5GbE ports let me quickly saturate my network during large file transfers. For a home lab user, having this many drive slots in a compact chassis is a real game-changer.

The transfer speeds on this are incredible—moved 500GB of files in under 15 minutes. Setup was a breeze with the included tool-free drive trays.
